Yes, this is a lawsuit guitar. It has a replaced tailpiece, the same as on the Ibanez L5's - also gold tuners are added. The guitar is in good condition and it plays like a dream. The unusual thing about this instrument is the laminated spruce top, all of the 175's we have seen in the past have maple tops -- comes with a hardshell case for $699
