This guitar is the sample model from the Jan. namm show. I always try and purchase show guitars - they usually have a little nicer wood on them. The guitar has been finished in an old style sunburst that is very much like a 50's gibson. It plays beautifully and sounds fat and warm both electrically and acoustically. For those of you who are not aware, Heritage has purchased a Pleck machine for doing the final dress on the frets and this guitar has been put through the machine. -- How can you say no at $2999 case included
